Vintage Reading for the Little Ones

THE LITTLE CAR vintage pop-up book, 1973. Illustrations by V. Kubasta, printed in czechoslovakia.

LITTLE BOY BLUE nursery rhymes by Hilda Boswell.

SINGING GAMES, Golden Book.

1974 printing of 1960's book LET'S GIVE A PARTY, pictures by Joanne Nigro.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD, 1967.

THE THREE BEARS Told by Eleanor Graham. Illustrated by Rachel Taft Dixon. Wonder Books, 1946.

FUN WITH DICK and JANE.
Vintage childrens books make me giddy with the beauty and color of the illustrations and the stories of make believe that always have a happy ending. The first four books I am not familiar with, but I posted them because they appealed to my senses. Wouldn’t it be a great idea to frame pages from one of your favorite childhood books and hang them on the wall of your little one's room? Found on Flickr.
