{Pretty Apartment Tour} She had me at wallpaper!
You could really sink into this sofa!
I love the shoes on display with the other cute collectibles.
This quilt is delicious!
Love the photo display!
Another lovely corner!
I found this pretty apartment while checking out one of my favorite sites, Apartment Therapy. The lovely young lady who dwells in this apartment is Nina Van de Goor from the Netherlands, check out her blog and Etsy store to see more of her creativity. In case you didn't figure it out already, the theme of this apartment is patchwork and more patchwork! I love the colors. I love the rug and pillows. I love the paintings reflected in the mirror. I’m diggin’ the seafoam green / aqua wall color. I’m crazy for that quilt. I love the shoes and dresses hanging on the wall (I hang my floral dresses and handbags on the wall, too). And, I love the idea of putting wallpaper in a frame, making it artwork. As you can see, I am in love with this apartment - it is pure delight! Thank you, Nina!

Gone But Will Never Be Forgotten
Yesterday was bitter sweet for me. It was my birthday, and believe me I am thankful to God that He allowed me to see another day, week, month and year. My birthday holds wonderful memories. But yesterday also marks the death of the moonwalking legend, Michael Jackson. Yesterday I was very happy. Yesterday I was very sad. Michael Jackson recorded some of the greatest songs ever known to man - "ABC", "I'll Be There", "Ben", "I Want You Back", "Beat It", "Billy Jean", "Thriller" and one of my all time favorites, "Rock With You". His loss will be felt around the world for years to come. I pray that his family will have the strength to get through this tragedy. I'll miss you, Michael. I'll miss you, Michael. Your music touched me in so many ways. This one really got to me. It was so sudden. I'm in disbelief - still hoping it's an incorrect news report, and that the newscast will come on any moment to retract this story. His music will live on forever in my head, my heart, my soul. R.I.P.

The "Easy Elegance" of Atlanta Bartlett
Atlanta Bartlett is the author of the books The Relaxed Home, At Home With White and Easy Elegance, all which showcase her decorating style of mixing vintage and antiques with the clean lines of modern. The interiors are clean, simple, comfortable, soothing, warm, and well, easy, elegant and relaxed! I wouldn't mind at all living in one of her interiors. Impeccable and truly refreshing!
